Return Policy

When you, the customer, make this purchase are claiming that you have read, accepted, and fully understand this refund policy, which includes a 30 day conditional money back guarantee.

IN ORDER FOR A CUSTOMER TO RECEIVE A REFUND THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS MUST BE MET:


	The customer must show proof of their efforts in setting up a debt settlement business as outlined in our manual for at least 30 days. Due to the copywrited material the customer must agree to sign a non-compete agreement as to prevent any future use of the copywrited material. The customer must show proof of their efforts on trying to obtain clients, such as advertisement ads, posters, etc. The customer must return the product within 30 days. If the customer chooses to return the merchandise, the customer must get a return merchandise authorization (rma) number. Contact 218-233-4853 to receive authorization. Returns are subject to a 20% restocking and handling fee. Shipping and handling is not refundable. Merchandise returned without authorization will not be accepted and no refund given. ONCE ALL OF THE ABOVE CONDITIONS HAVE BEEN MET THEN A REFUND WILL BE GIVEN.

The customer agrees that all legal actions arising with the purchase of this product with www.makingmoneyinthedebtbusiness.com and Eagle Publishing, LLC shall be tried and litigated exclusively in the state of Minnesota located in the County of Clay. Customer waives any right to assert the doctrine of forum non concenins or similar doctrine or object to venue in the state of Minnesota in the county of clay for any purchases from www.makingmoneyinthedebtbusiness.com and or Eagle Publishing, LLC. the customer accepts service of process sufficient for personal jurisdiction against customer by certified mail.
